Nothing, except for Salary coming on time. Horrible work pressure with no end time. You are supposed to complete something by EOD when the email itself has come at 9 pm

Work life balance is horrible Managers in CCA account are highly insensitive It's only chaos in all projects and flagged risks are considered as excuse

Constant learning opportunity, good working environment, job security, good salary,can be compared or more than some well known mncs, Management is good

Sometimes need to stretch a little bit over office hours

Salary is ontime Reimbursement of internet, telephone bills, travel etc

No value of certification or achievements Biased system No growth in terms of your interest or expertise Misuse or power and position by superiors

*Salary is getting on time. *HR policies are also better. *Some Employees are cooperative.

Dislikes

1) Project management is not good. Some leads , architect , mangers are not doing their work properly & just blaming on others specially on developers. Their ego is main problem. 2) In most of the projects not creating proper architecture & started implementation which result in complete mess & that's why new employees are left company in small duration. 3) Because of project management issues , working hours are also extreme high. Most of the people are facing health issues like High Blood pressure , headache etc.

Salary on time that's it.

Dislikes

Extremely poor project management. Unrealistic estimations done and development team needs to work late nights or weekends to cover that. Mostly all Saturdays working on the excuses of release deployment.
