*Salary is getting on time. *HR policies are also better. *Some Employees are cooperative.

Dislikes

1) Project management is not good. Some leads , architect , mangers are not doing their work properly & just blaming on others specially on developers. Their ego is main problem. 2) In most of the projects not creating proper architecture & started implementation which result in complete mess & that's why new employees are left company in small duration. 3) Because of project management issues , working hours are also extreme high. Most of the people are facing health issues like High Blood pressure , headache etc.

Extremely poor project management. Unrealistic estimations done and development team needs to work late nights or weekends to cover that. Mostly all Saturdays working on the excuses of release deployment.

Nobody care for giving any reply. No proper communication. They change employee from one department to another department. Maharashtian hate civilian of other state. Company has branch in WB. Bangali hates others. Worst company

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. On-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's requirement.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is totally unbalanced, sometimes people have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day. Client appreciation goes unnoticed while appraisal consideration. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks have to guide them step-by-step, which turned to pain at time of deliveries.
