Since it is still a budding company, the pay is not great. However, the type of work that we do here is interesting enough to make it worth our while.

Vission and idea which they talk about is good , which is something I admire about and is also needed in today's world.

Dislikes

People in managerial or executive positions often lack a clear vision or understanding of early childhood education. They themselves are confused and unaware, yet they judge others and offer suggestions without any foundational knowledge.
