I would suggest people to do little search and get some feedback from their previous companies and ex-employees or freelancers you will get enough information about them. These people are thieves and I mean real thieves.

Poor work life balance , bad management , No leave and probation related policies, unnecessary salary deduction based on the illogical red and green flag concept, if employee try to come out from this place then CEO will send the legal notice for data theft, and if the employee reply to the legal notice then there whole organisation behave like deaf people.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this company. They are just a bunch of liars and thieves.

... work. They are just middlemen who are scraping off the hard work of others. 2. They get the work done and when it comes to getting paid have many flimsy reasons not to pay. DO NOT work for them. They are thieves and cons, though literate but utterly shameless and uneducated nevertheless. 3. The teams consists only 2-3 people and one of them, the so called owner will be there in the groups. One time he asked me for my pictures on WhatsApp. Apparently, he was asked from some of his own female employee. Pathetic at best. 4. They will portray like they some huge multinational company who never default on their payments. The truth is they pay over a month after the work has been done. That too will be subject to too much of scrutiny and then they will impose their "terms and conditions" to make deductions and make reasons not to pay. Its been a year since they have not paid my dues. Liars at best. 5. They are there to constantly call you irrespective of the time of the day, or night when it comes to work but when it comes to resolving your issues, they are nowhere to be found. I have been in this field for over 8 years now and I have seen some cons. I give it to them they are better than others, but cons nevertheless. Beware!!! work for them at your own expense.

An absolute learning experience with Learn with Fraternity. I would have given a zero rating if that was possible. This company taught me not to trust my employers and give them my 100% commitment and loyalty. I like that the company is always on a hiring spree because it cannot retain its employees. Instead of retaining they find ways to harass the employees and make their life so difficult that they have to resign all by themselves. I like how the boss always says that he does not know the decision taken by other departments however, no decision is taken without his knowledge in the company. I like how Shikha Singh is available when she has work from you and how the company can go to lengths (reimbursing travel allowance) to get their work done. However, the moment they don't have work they will stop responding and even taunt you for reimbursing travel expenses for a trip that was demanded by them.

They do not have experienced writers nor are they a writer-friendly company. I dislike that they claim to be an organized company but they are nothing but a la la management company run by a person who has filthy loads of money. I dislike how they think that academic writing is a very easy job and compensate their writers with peanuts. I don't like how the company's top management indirectly asks the managers to harass their team members to a point that they forego their performance bonus. I believe if this is something that they expected me to do as a manager then they would have applied the same thinking while processing my FnF which by the way was 1/5th of what I was supposed to receive.
