It is like a lala company. No delegation of authorities across all the levels. Poor management at HO. Managers sitting in HO’s of all the departments are egoistic. They don’t care about their subordinate.Delay in decision making.
Most pathetic and toxic work culture ever seen in my long career. Senior leaders talk abusive even in meetings. Hire and fire culture. Any time you will be thrown out for no reasons. Sharing my personal experince with this company, finally its your call, its your life. take care

Dislikes
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. The hike in salary is hardly 5 to 10% every year. There is absolutely no job security one can be terminated on immediate basis as well. Extreme work pressure. Everyday there are late sittings, at times we have to work on sundays as well. Inspite of all the hard work there is no appreciation from seniors.

Nice place to work before joining please make sure about band benifits and In hand salary confirmation.
Company make profit but at the time of appraisal it's going on loss and be ready for cost cutting excuses.
Also be ready to work from office without vaccination in pendamic situation due to this mass resignation possible.
Yaha office ane ka time fix hi but Jane ka or meetings ka ni meeting always start when you leaving office at time meeting start also don't expect shift allowance.
