They don't value their employees they never ever understand you and your problems. No work-life balance worst company, pathetic work culture, salary deductions. They make you cry once you resign even though they hold your salaries. And If you raise your voice against them they threaten you with their Legal Team. Worst company and management I have seen in my career.

... grow not just within the organization but in an overall sense as professionals. I have also found everything from salary to health insurance and other benefits quite encouraging, and the HR has made sure that each process is seamless. Overall, it is an immensely positive environment which results in high levels of work satisfaction.

Dislikes

So far, I have not come across anything that I particularly about working at Leap Finance. As a startup, the organization is growing along with its employees and I sincerely hope it soars to new heights in the future.
