- false recruitment process. listed the job as 'human resources when it was a sales role. told how we will be doing strategy and building the company. It's a call centre role where you have to call up leads from ads and sell a membership. posting their own company reviews online too. - false mission. keep changing their mission and sales words every few months to prey on new sets of women. - success and KPIs are unachievable. entice employees with incentives but 0 people actually get incentives. - no job security, can be laid off at any time as per the wishes of a megalomaniac CEO. company is more of a narcissistic mission rather than a genuine product. - expected to share all passwords with the company, especially LinkedIn. will be forced to post on Linkedin and Twitter. have to attend all drinking scenes, which are multiple times a month, or you will be labelled as not a "culture fit" - leadership doesn't have credentials. not enough experience or even an educational degree beyond a bachelor's. not fit to lead. very toxic work environment. favouritism at its peak verbally harassed and micro-managed by the leadership. - no feedback is taken. you will be labelled problematic if you raise any point. no boundaries respected. you will work 7 days week overtime to protect your job by coming close to impossible KPIs. employment experience from hell. - mental health goes for a toss. culture of mass-firing. no attrition, all employees are scared and leave within 3 months.
