In initial they will say many things while interviewing ,but as u join u will come to know that each and evey thing need to be arranged from ur end, in inital they say , home will be arranged by company , but later when u go to site , have to arrange from ur end only , while interviewing they say they will provide laptop , but later they will say laptop will be given but money will be deducted from salary .

Dislikes

on days when it is holiday , online meetings will be scheduled, no training will be given , only targets are there to achieve only.

The company looks to hire individuals who have in depth knowledge in their field, good in multidisciplinary problem-solving, which results in Great Knowledge sharing within the team. The opportunity to work on different manufacturing facilities, on various types of improvement projects helps in broadening our understanding of theoretical knowledge by implementing at shop floor. Based on Projects and Clients, there are opportunities to train, lead teams which helps in developing Leadership and Managerial skills. Travel opportunities available.

Nothing. Haven't faced any major issues till now. Will provide an update if any.

The company has set no barriers for an employees to grow. The thing that I like the most is that the management would let you do what you what to do. They give an excellent career building opportunities to the freshers. They provide opportunities to work with different Industry types. Food & travel expenses are borne by the company.

One who's working here needs to be self-motivated.

Communication with top management, Avoidance of micro management, Career growth, Lot of things to learn particularly, highly skilled management, Reimbursement & laptop policies
