Its a core mechanical company deals with Mechanical seals. Very good for freshers. You will get good exposure of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ERP, GA, Production. Separate Departments.

Dislikes

Very Remotely located extreme weather. Poor management. Low compensation than standards. No gender diversity. Very low increment. You have to serve 3 year Bond. Very less Perks & Benefits. Cafeteria have low quality food. No Gym.

This company is like manufacuring process based. I highly appreciate for Government compliances and other level experience.

Dislikes

I have to attend client and other supplier calls in the evening. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strength. Also seniors have presserise to complete work.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
