Its a core mechanical company deals with Mechanical seals. Very good for freshers. You will get good exposure of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ERP, GA, Production. Separate Departments.

Very Remotely located extreme weather. Poor management. Low compensation than standards. No gender diversity. Very low increment. You have to serve 3 year Bond. Very less Perks & Benefits. Cafeteria have low quality food. No Gym.
