As a fresher you will get opportunity to directly deal with the clients. This will in turn help you to improve on a lot of things like communication knowledge confidence and understanding of the product better.

...gratitude for the work they have done. Even when it comes to appraisals as well. The company is willing to hire new employees from other companies and are ready to pay them more but deny the same to their existing employees. Also there is no personal work life balance at all the director would want you to work endlessly even during the weekends during festivals. There is no scope of any sort of leave as well once you are promoted during the appraisal cycle. They would want you to do and handle everything on your own without much guidance and mentorship as well.

The team members are quite helpful and make the job a bit more exciting. The salary comes in time. The company is amazing when it comes to teaching you in and out of corporate life and politics and how to deal with them. It is definitely the best roller-coaster ride.

The company basically runs a micro management scheme to evaluate your work but then during appraisal they would come up to you and say we don't have a performance evaluation scheme and due to the market standards we would not be giving any appraisal this year. The working environment is very bad there is no fixed timing for this and you are even expected to work on Saturday and Sunday even after working probably 11 hours everyday. They can hire you for one role and then force you to move to a different role all together and the excuse would be that during the recession we are trying to save you. They would say there are no layoffs but would pressure people to move teams, cities and even put them on PIP if you do not agree with any if these schemes and and then asks you to leave stating please leave on your own we do not want to remove you. The CEO has clearly stated to the HR that people joining should be aware that they are bound to work 10+ hours plus on Saturday and Sunday without any extra payments and then if they would join so it is their wish and they should not raise voice about it. Interns here straight out of college given project and custom to face without any proper training, definitely training is there but due to the constant people leaving they would give you the project the 2nd day if your joining and it is the best practice done across the organization.

• You never know when all the above-mentioned good things will be taken away from you because of layoffs. • You will see people are getting laid off in front of you. • Frequent change in management. • Not a free work environment. You will be monitored every time by your manager even if you don't have work to do or even if you finish your work early. • Unnecessary long hours most of the time. Even if you have completed your work you have to stay there for 10 to 11 hours. You will be asked "Why are you leaving early" if you leave after 9 hours of normal working hours. • Most of the people there will work with fear of getting laid off. • Some people are very highly paid based on their experience level. Which is horrible if anything goes wrong, 90% company (even big giants) will not pay that much with that experience level (at least in India). • Position hierarchy is too much visible. • No appreciation of good work. Only a few people get who are lucky enough. • Requirements are totally not clear. Most of them don't know what they want. That is why most of the time very easy work takes a lot of time. • No employee skill development training initiatives. • Overall not a good work culture. • People got stuck there because of an unexplainable pay raise they got over their experience, and no other companies are gonna pay them that much based on their experience in India.

The work culture is not at all healthy for your mental and physical health. No job security, anyday could be your last day. Seniors will be after your life day and night. No team bondings, you are all alone. Even if you are unemployed, still say no to Leadsquared.
