The work culture is not at all healthy for your mental and physical health.
No job security, anyday could be your last day.
Seniors will be after your life day and night.
No team bondings, you are all alone.
Even if you are unemployed, still say no to Leadsquared.
The work culture is pathetic (Talking about the South Sales team). It feels like you are selling credit cards. Everyone with different designations is actually working at the same level. They just ruin your career. During my tenure, I saw every month at least 2-3 people dropping from the sales team.
The worst part is the upper management. The South sales team is led by people who lack empathy and just do not have basic manners. You will also receive calls and messages on weekends about your getting fired. And every day there is a meeting about the sales pipeline, imagine working in a corporate with a work culture of a credit card company. You will mostly feel it's a B2C setup. People who are still there in the team are scavengers, waiting for you to leave so that they can start working on your accounts. God save them. Depression and anxiety are what each employee goes through this place every day.
Trust me even if you are really desperate "DO NOT JOIN THIS FILTHY ORGANISATION".
This company is mainly running through funding, no proper guidance to the employees, senior managers here wants to sell lsq like B-C, you must sell it weekly. Tomorrow if they receive one more funding they might ask you sell daily i.e. to get one customer per day. pathetic work culture. there're 2 managers who're staying in a company from last 6 years and apart from them you can hardly find any vintage employees here. nothing much to learn here because employees will not stay more than 6 months to 1 year. They keep calling you or messaging you on Saturday's for commits or for useless internal meetings. Feels like purposely they set internal discussion meetings on weekends, and you must attend it even if you're on leave. More than work related meetings you will have to attend internal meetings which is baseless and useless.
Talking about the churn rate, they don't care SMB customers at all. no customer success team to handle SMB customers. My suggestions - bring some top level B-B managers in the position like VP, AD, SVP so that they can drive the team efficiently and take the team & company to the next level.

As a fresher you will get opportunity to directly deal with the clients. This will in turn help you to improve on a lot of things like communication knowledge confidence and understanding of the product better.
...gratitude for the work they have done. Even when it comes to appraisals as well. The company is willing to hire new employees from other companies and are ready to pay them more but deny the same to their existing employees.
Also there is no personal work life balance at all the director would want you to work endlessly even during the weekends during festivals. There is no scope of any sort of leave as well once you are promoted during the appraisal cycle. They would want you to do and handle everything on your own without much guidance and mentorship as well.
The team members are quite helpful and make the job a bit more exciting. The salary comes in time.
The company is amazing when it comes to teaching you in and out of corporate life and politics and how to deal with them. It is definitely the best roller-coaster ride.
The company basically runs a micro management scheme to evaluate your work but then during appraisal they would come up to you and say we don't have a performance evaluation scheme and due to the market standards we would not be giving any appraisal this year.
The working environment is very bad there is no fixed timing for this and you are even expected to work on Saturday and Sunday even after working probably 11 hours everyday.
They can hire you for one role and then force you to move to a different role all together and the excuse would be that during the recession we are trying to save you. They would say there are no layoffs but would pressure people to move teams, cities and even put them on PIP if you do not agree with any if these schemes and and then asks you to leave stating please leave on your own we do not want to remove you.
The CEO has clearly stated to the HR that people joining should be aware that they are bound to work 10+ hours plus on Saturday and Sunday without any extra payments and then if they would join so it is their wish and they should not raise voice about it.
Interns here straight out of college given project and custom to face without any proper training, definitely training is there but due to the constant people leaving they would give you the project the 2nd day if your joining and it is the best practice done across the organization.
