Dislikes

Authorities are way too immature and careless with their work, even their job roles are not defined clearly. The biggest drawback which I see is - they don't trust their own team and they try to do everything themselves. Their "I know it all" attitude is very harmful for the company. They don't care about their employee's well being and keep in imposing a lot of work. Last but not the least, their decision making is horrible, their employee's have a sharper sense of entrepreneurship.

Work culture here is friendly and supportive. Everyone has the privilege to put their thoughts and ideas on the table.

Dislikes

Due to the miss management and ineffective communication, general organisational tasks fail to meet deadlines quite often which further leads to compromised work life balance sometimes.

working culture, transparency, and decision-making, they don't know how to communicate or motivate employees, and they put their opinions on employees without thinking for a second they don't have any idea what hierarchy means.
