Poor management. Management don't know how to manage the team. Management just follows the suggestion given by there old employees without thinking anything. Worst HR policies, they do not provide any training to new joiners. Expectations are high without support and guidance. Old employees are rules the organization. Some seniors are not updated them self but gives suggestion everywhere without thinking and people must follow there ideas otherwise company fire them. Worst plafor work.

This organization provides one of the best work life balance, challenging work which require lots of technical understanding & output. One can learn new technical capabilities within the organization.

Dislikes

Salary/Appraisal in this organization always on time. Great place to work. Nothing much for sharing dislike as I worked for shorted duration.
