Not a good management for welfare or development of employees Not a proper system or culture that provides satisfaction in work Safety wise: based on clients decision. It's A perspective one. In my opinion, not that strong towards safety.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The pressure is very high.

...ng under Clint, Management facilitating field employee is positively impossible. No standard Salary and increments are lesser as HR team consider hiring candidate for lesser salary is there achievement.

Job security for sure, no worries. On time salary, Health insurance benefit's. One thing is that company should be thinking of how to retain employees, since this company is based purely on them.

Support from HO to site seems lacking, need improvement. Employee interaction should improve. Quality of Uniforms, shoes need improvement.

Nothing to like . Work as casual labour on dihadi. Never serve notice period. Quite when salary credit. Kundan jha, ramu both are pathetic person.

Every month salary will be deducted without any reason. No bonus, too many deduction in F&F settlement so do not serve notice period. Work depends on client. So basically you work as labour. Management will not receive your call even in emergency.
