Poor management. . High politics. . Client retention is zero because of Key Account Management division. I never witnessed any appreciation from client in service deliverables.

There is nothing to be liked in Assessment team

...s worst, they will make you work for 13-14 hrs from 1st week of your joining. Variable component is trap, they will never pay you this amount. Senior managers have no experience of education related but they will take idiotic decisions all the time. Hire and fire culture, no job security. Never leave your permanent job and join this company. Within 6 months they will fire you by saying performance issues and they will not let you serve 2 months of notice period. Senior managers are giving promotions and rewards to their fevorite pets and they are not even considering hard working people.

No appriciations and very very bad Politics happening. Circle Heads and also regional Heads are doing very bad Politics with their Employees. With out any reason they are telling to do resignation. This is very bad culture in this Lead School. Pavan Kumar (DRM)from AP he is worst Fellow i have never seen such a person.

Salary is above industry standard almost 25% more. Allowances also good. But this is well designed strategy to attract employees from competitors. Result oriented product.

Dislikes

Targets are not practical, work within restricted area very less scope. You have to sign 1 school out of 5 prospects so 20% strike ratio. Pricing 30% higher than market. Apart for product cost other cost for the implementation is high which is not affordable to school whose fees less than 20,000.00 per year. Company is short sighted and does not compromise on targets. You will get only one chance if you failed you are out. There is no value to people. Company is process oriented and believes that people does not make any difference so in out not concern for company.

Salary and expenses on time. Training is very good.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad. Target given is very unrealistic! Service is not upto the mark. No job security! Too much pressure on Non seasonal months. Will get BP & Diabetes due to this stressful job.
