Salary is above industry standard almost 25% more. Allowances also good. But this is well designed strategy to attract employees from competitors. Result oriented product.

Dislikes

Targets are not practical, work within restricted area very less scope. You have to sign 1 school out of 5 prospects so 20% strike ratio. Pricing 30% higher than market. Apart for product cost other cost for the implementation is high which is not affordable to school whose fees less than 20,000.00 per year. Company is short sighted and does not compromise on targets. You will get only one chance if you failed you are out. There is no value to people. Company is process oriented and believes that people does not make any difference so in out not concern for company.

Only 1 thing- Salary on time

Dislikes

No work culture. They commit big things to school owners and want sales team to use their face and PR. Once deal gets sign, services are pathetic. Either they ask Area manager to leave the job within 6 mnths or 8 mnths questioning their performance or area manager himself quits due to piled up complaints from signed school. They even promise to increase admission in partner schools but in ground reality its a sham.

No appriciations and very very bad Politics happening. Circle Heads and also regional Heads are doing very bad Politics with their Employees. With out any reason they are telling to do resignation. This is very bad culture in this Lead School. Pavan Kumar (DRM)from AP he is worst Fellow i have never seen such a person.

Dislikes

Working culture, all the senior authority are not from same field so they do not understand how to work in school education industry, they running company as insurance and credit card sector.

Salary payment and all other monetary benefits are on time.

Dislikes

No job security at all. A lot of politics played by the mid-level managers and the high-level people do not stop it means they support it. Very vulnerable company in terms of your job. You can loose it any moment.
