Job security is very less and You have to be in office on-time. Salary structure is very poor. Fresher will getting paid almost equal to an experienced having in that same position. Since it is a Non-IT company benefits for employees and working culture of IT Employees is poor.

Long hours I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place and also need promotions of employees Identification of employees who are doing best

leaap its really a good place to start a career...for girls its safe place also..work environment is too good , clean ..always a positive vibes in office

leaap seeing partiality on employees...Favourite person can get high increament and permanent job..unfavorable person can be terminated by management at any time..office is too strict like a school ( when HM enters in to the class all students sit in place and kept quiet) like the way when manager enter in to floor all employees start to stare the system & acting like they having more works.. there is no office tour...no office party...

If you are bachelor the place was heaven because of Gandhidham branch manager is gentleman other branches I don't know but if you are in Gandhidham branch mint major you made your best work the nice person I think good person at this branch accounting
