It's a good place for freshers . Everyone is treated well here and respected. The Bengals culture is prevalent at this company which makes it liberal. But there are no to less women in the engineering department. . If you're a proactive fresher it's great as you get less pay but more attention from experienced people and lots of one on one interaction.

The only drawback is less salary , slow growth and working too hard. You need to be loyal and proactive to the company to reap all the benefits. Also less flexibility and no work from.home.

Very less Chances of growing in the field of carreer and salary. There is no credibility of consent of company during transfer. Later there was some job security but now you me be servenced without notice period.

Job security is excellent, if u switch off your job, any reason company will again call you to be part of this organization.

Promotion is good, but salary will not according to your post in which u will promoted.
