It is worst Company i had ever worked, No Job Security, No Increment, Zero employee benefits. I have Spend 2 years in this company without any Increment, If you want increment you have to arrange offer Letter. Worst HR Policies, Specially KPI

Very bad culture bas panelty har baat par. Bas jo Reference par aate hai unhi ka Job safe hai baai kab job se laat maar ke bhgaa diye jaoge pata nai. Inke rule vo wale hai jo bas shop flore pr kaam karte vhi follow kare baaki kuch bhi kare

Ye jo 3 month ke baad incriment kar denge kar ke bulate hai or fer jhelo Admin or dept ke panelty. Bas eshi company me koi job na kare yhi bolunga 2 saal me abhi tak incriment nai hua or 10k ki panelty ja chuki hai or ha Diwali pr bonus 100₹ hi milta hai
