1. Worst management 2. Not on time salary. 3. Not even single benefits for employees. 4. All the decisions are in MDs hand. 5. No policy for hiring and firing they can fire you without any notice period and also not giving Salary for worked period.. If you don't have job then also dont join the organization...they just ruin your career.

The work culture is really good, management has clear understanding of the future goals. The Jobs profile is made clearly understandable. I would say that if you really want to grow just join the company because I in personal has really grown. I understand that their are lot of people who give their own review, this are just some strategies people who dislike on how we are growing.
