Any unskilled employees are hired and trained as per the company requirements, salary will be good, based on performance good hike was given, incentives as well. Job security is good. Paid during the COVID as well

U will have no personal life. U r asked to work beyond working hours, u r demanded to respond even on Sundays or when u r off work. U will be called to work when u r on sick leave atleast for one or two hrs telling it's emergency. Owner will treat u like shit. If they think u can do good for thier company they will make u feel like u r only capable to work in thier company n not fit to work anywhere else to break ur confidence. The way owner treats an employee the level of commitment asked from u will actually break ur spirit from inside. I had to take 6months break from such toxic culture to try any where else. Bec i almost felt like i know nothing. Ur family members won't see ur face even for two hrs irrespective of gender u will be asked to stay and work late nights ... U will be exhausted mentally emotionally and physically.

One of the worst company dont gp civil engineers..they tell you ur role is project management but they what the difference between management and labour.. They treat u as a labour..
