Total disgusting job in contracts dept in any post head or astt contracts is no value stakeholders are having no policy not hr practices in company .entire hr dept is befooling employee to recruit and after 3 months they terminate the employee .this company is ayaram gaya ram .there are 2 persons who are close to mgmt they don't want to see any other vertical head .all vertical heads are rich n enjoying benefits of company one time or the other company will goes down .company debt equity ratio is high .recovery is not as per timelines .hr head is arrogant n it's a family business company not corporate .hr has no employee id card not leave policy they don't give cl and sick leave .legal person is arrogant n he is comparing in nature .every vertical head is earning at back resources either vendors etc

...so terminated from solar project .bitter exp with corporate employees no bonus .ur salary 1750 as bonus deducted from your salary n will pay u every divali .this is called bonus .work culture is stupid .in case u talk to anybody .hr team will compain to mgmt n u face any time termination

Lucknow RO Admin never receive your call Food crisis only veg meal available No vegetables available for weeks only rely on rice and pulses Increment in salary if you have very good relations with PD then you get good hike otherwise 5-7% is enough

Site staff Higher Officer playing only Politics to save their job and Making black money. For this they can remove any staff from site without any complain from site. And also HO staff take decision ok with them without any inquiry from field staff.

Excellent behavior of top management, clear vision of business and ambitious.

Dislikes

Lack of planning and implementation on ground, lack of training about plan and implementation schedule. Inefficient middle management.

Rajan Sir & Shyam Sir is of very kind person. Treat the employee as a family member.

Company has no basic System or Protocol. Non Professional environment working culture. Management is very pathetic.
