Poor experience, company hold my salary without any reason. According to company "company gone lost in pandemic they have no money to pay the salary."

Dislikes

Not flexible policy in market its too hard policy and not giving sufficient time to survive sales person in market, in short heavy presure work.

Nothing much but before Corona salary day is fixed they deposit salary on time but after Corona u have to beg for salary and they will give like 50 % sometimes 40%

Dislikes

Everything specifically the owner he never build their confidence he always threatened their employees. He didn't run company he run It like it is a Kirana shop. Childish behavior of director.

Daily schools visits. Meeting with principals and directors it's good experience to pergent ower self in market.

Lbf is fake company . Rude behavior with employees. They are not professional. No salary shlip.no releasing letter, totally fake, no structure of ctc. Very samefull company.
