No proper and any Co culture. Co is still working on one man decision basis.. Single owned like Co. Employee, Project Manager, HR, Admin etc not having any power to take financial decision

Excellent working environment & Good Knowledge about working and build experience, company policies are good, company was salary paid to timely. Well qualified and helpful unity in office staff. Good facilities room and food has provided.

There is not issue dislike thus company at the time of own working period.

Management review is very very poor. The company should dare to do the projects of roads without any intermediate person. The intermediate persons through which company do the project by giving commission to them is very disappointment. one day company will must realize.
