Worst company I ever seen No respect as a Engineer. All the Supervisor are iti and 10th passed and their behaviour with engineer's are very bad don't go to this company untill you don't have options in your life

Pay scale,no bus,no canteen facility even they don't have clean toilet

The company is adopting latest technology but very slowly only when the problem arieses or production gets stopped .teammates are supportive ,training gives one time in training period .all the vendors and customers are within city so doesn't need for travelling .little bit politics happens ,work environment is good .little bit innovative .

Compensation is decent,growth is slow ,the work pressure is high sometimes .

This company readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products.i I also like the employee re hire policy here.

... place to eat food carried by employee. 4. Employees are treated as a donkey. 5. No good salary, Facilities forget about it. 6. No job security, everyday employees are scolded & make afraid of it. 7. There is no work satisfaction. 8. For work completion need to travel within city for which getting only 50 Rs. for petrol allowance. 9. Working days many times asked to come on Sunday & we can take c-off of that but within the month only & which they always try to not possible for employee.

There is alot of issues for working this company.salary not good for an Trainee engineers.also not provided safety equipments like hand gloves,safety glasses, safety shoes etc.
