... one mistake and you are done. WORK POLITICS is engulfed in all the departments. Salary hike is only for the HEAD of Department (Salary raise: sky is the limit) and sub-ordinates work goes unnoticed (Salary raise: annually less thatn 8%). This is because management believe that target are accomplished by the managers only. Very Poor admin facilities like unhygienic cantene, unhealthy and filthy urinals, poor housekeeping of offices. ONLY GOOD part of the company is that Salary is given to employees on time. Company has made its reputation within big players of Steel industies in a very short span of time and is still growing in a rapid pace with a strong clientele.

Dislikes

There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks have to guide them step-by-step. Job pressure for contractor workers is high. Sometimes, operators have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

Not actually anything Good about company to share with proud. Only it has large number of customer, and diversified portfolio to sustain in competition.

Dislikes

...udit. Employees will not get any benefit and any written documents from company. Not even joining latters and salary slip. Management force there employees to work upto midnight or double shift with overtime wages.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. High Quality production has global client base. Work on safety Zero tolerance.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow ,The work pressure high with out any motivation.

No job security no future no any employee benefits like PF / Gratuity / Health insurance nothing HR Mukesh Joshi is fraud at the time of enjoyment he will say you're on company's payroll then silently he will move you on third party payroll, this is the only reason i left this organisation on the spot. Very pathetic company ans work environment.

No skill development, no HR policies, no work life balance, no job security, no corporate culture, no carrier growth, nonwork satisfaction. Overall a terrible company to work.
