Overall it is a balanced environment for employees to thrive but some areas are a mixed bag

Likes

Loved the company culture. There was no such strict hierarchy. As an intern I was equally involved in product development, closely working with each department. A lot of scope for learning and research and everybody was understanding. Spontaneous breaks were the best!

Dislikes

It wasn't a particular thing that I disliked. The overall communication between individuals could be a little better.
