Highly disappointed with the FAKE lawrato. Upon joining i was hopeful for long career but please trust me lawrato company is full of FRAUDSTERS. They terminate without any explanation. This company has no budget, they hire on temporary basis , there is no career. I dont know how they are running this fraud in market. PLEASE AGAIN requesting you DO NOT DO NOT GO FOR their service.

The team at LawRato is extremely positive in their exterior outlook. Nikhil Sir and Rohan Sir are seriously awesome people to work with.They will ensure that you stay on your toes and deliver the desired output. Ensure good communication to the people who matter. Keep performing well and you will be safe. Most importantly, if you do have good communications with the people who matter, you might be promoted even if you are the worst performer in the team. So that's a good as well as a bad thing, depending which way you want to look at it. The partying culture at office is a big plus.

Dislikes

The work timings leave you exhausted and after the initial few days, can fatigue you easily. Perform or Perish is the driving mantra. That would have been a good thing if the company was not selectively vindictive in its actions against its very own. This company appreciates your work. Not your passion. Keep the passion inside your pocket. Do as told and make merry till you survive.
