Lavazza is a MNC company spread all over 60 country. Time to time salary come and here growth is less if your post is a service engg. Then ur promotions will be held on may be 4-5 yrs. No new learning things here no and work pressure is high. Overall best industry's.

You have to work on every alternate sunday there is no off for second Saturday you can't take leave on Saturday or Monday

Its been 7 years i am feeling i am working at home my job is completely secure as i am the opening Team Squad Member the work culture which we creat its all about sharing and caring always met with higher professional atmospher" a part of that the company always prioritize staff concerns under the company polices.
