First of all its indian company. Second thing is lava gave us training we increas our skill and we teach how to make customer & solve cstmer problems lava teach us blooming etc

Now in this period company not maintain stock for market requirment. And discontinue training and not increase salary..etc

The company lava is an Indian brand. First thing which I like most, its on board company here we can work without anxiety and pressure. I give you some reason you also do work here. Lava is a multinational company I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable and has global client. I want to tell you about it's management. The management of is very good. I'm proud to work here. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is average, sometime, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. When we talk about about quality, The company provide average product as a competition brand they are not like very much. It's provide average products. When we talk about growth is very slow. There is no on job training for fresher which is a pain sometime.
