...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. The work pressure u.is very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.managers do not value an individual' unique strenghts, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

This company keept carefully of this employees and give best facilities. So there work is reliable. And secure life style.

...leave behind my personal reasons. Because then my family need of my live close. And 2nd low salary according far my state and delhi is very coastliness city . I told you there my payment is 13500/-only with (PF, ESI, FUND) and in hand 8500/-only. .

Salary is good. but they take alot of work. but for educated person salary might seem less. As those have invested alot of money for their educations.

Calls all day and night. no proper timing for meetings . they will send sudden link while we would be in market and they will say to join. i never enjoyed sunday. its a bit tough but working for getting experiece. Company dont focus on competative products and they ask to sell their product which wont get sold at all.
