...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

First of all its indian company. Second thing is lava gave us training we increas our skill and we teach how to make customer & solve cstmer problems lava teach us blooming etc

Now in this period company not maintain stock for market requirment. And discontinue training and not increase salary..etc

Nothing as company is not able to fix KPI. It changes as per mood of company. Comparison is with Samsung but brand image is poor. Product line is very poor Just a push company by paying employees heavily and giving outdated product line.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopted a latest technology .I love the fact that I am a part of a team production department and high quality product and has a global client base

Lava is very good company.All lava family is good person as like CC, ARO, DBR, DM. Salary is good overall experience

Lava company is provide training on video call. I think provide all CC face to face should be training.
