The company lava is an Indian brand. First thing which I like most, its on board company here we can work without anxiety and pressure. I give you some reason you also do work here. Lava is a multinational company I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable and has global client. I want to tell you about it's management. The management of is very good. I'm proud to work here. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is average, sometime, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. When we talk about about quality, The company provide average product as a competition brand they are not like very much. It's provide average products. When we talk about growth is very slow. There is no on job training for fresher which is a pain sometime.

Management Is not doing work properly.if they work properly I was in system.they didn't updated my sale and transfer me to other outlet by this my last sale was not updated in my lava app.by this company terminate me jo kbhi socha nh tha

Actually it's good company. Good team. Salary overall good.

But at this time not secure for Lava International job.because some people are irresponsible, & higher level Employees are miss commitment ..Any time company will be terminated...

They did not give us Working experience. And they did not give us bonuses but they give us salary. And career growth is slow.
