There is no timing not clear work over day very different feeling ,main HOD who will support then supporting person only growth other person only for Ideal and hard works provide tourching the job if any reply the answer shouting the manager says hello guy if interest do work other wise please give me resignation latter ask any small mistake are unwanted matters. my experience time observed.

General: Lack-luster HR and leave policies, Dismal benefits, Laddered hierarchy structure, Average compensation Other: Power-center driven work culture in each department, Department Head (Portfolio) with zero leadership and people management abilities

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Everything was good only suggestion that I want to give is while taking any projects management decisions please think from junior level , How much pressure will be junior (Associate levels ) and work accordingly to that .
