The company products and quality also very good .But services very worst no job security lot of politics on going there .too much pressure

...r not response for customers he is worst behaviour services also very worst . 2.) Lobo staffing solutions HR and managers told appointment letter salary but received Salary so different it's a scam he will not take care of employees salary not settled correct time. Immatured behaviours are Allowance and salary also scam it's like fraud company. 3.) L&T Regional manager also new person he is not knowledge for products he is behaviour also very rude Immatured behaviour he is not helping employees. 4.) Too much of politics are going there employee growth career growth are very low. 5.) So new people and new joiners and experience people just thinking the company very very worst people .very worst company nobody join this company it's my special advise. 👆🙏🙏🙏
