Very good culture and salary is also good. Clean and very safe environment. Regularly arrange training and medical checkups.

Promotion structure is not well. Based upon the company experience they promote any unskilled employee.

Lobo staffing solutions HR and managers told appointment letter salary but received Salary so different it's a scam he will not take care of employees salary not settled correct time. Immatured behaviours are Allowance and salary also scam it's like fraud company. 3.) L&T Regional manager also new person he is not knowledge for products he is behaviour also very rude Immatured behaviour he is not helping employees. 4.) Too much of politics are going there employee growth career growth are very low. 5.) So new people and new joiners and experience people just thinking the company very very worst people .very worst company nobody join this company it's my special advise. 👆🙏🙏🙏

Good work environment and culture teammates and supporting and Management. There is ahuge cafetaria and gading arcade for chillng.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow . On the job training is not given to new Joannes.
