It is the product development company , work culture is awesome and the work recognition . Managers and CEO knows about each individuals work capability and their efforts to complete the task within the time.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but the salary growth is slow. Sometimes the work pressure is very high , i had worked 14 -18 hours straight a day as i have to attend scrum calls in the evening and sometimes little late into the night. But the Management value an each individuals that will gives the work satisfaction.

Everything .The main is work life balance and we have our own freedom to work and develop our skills. Work environment is awesome and all employees are very helpful.

Dislikes

Nothing like that.. if need to mention there should be carry forward of leaves .

Work from Home Flexible Timings Very friendly and helpful employees at work

Dislikes

No Learning & Development team. No Training's for latest skills. No Innovation Body Shopping by Client Company Just listens your concerns or suggestions or complaints. But no actions are taken. We don't have any choice for deadlines and you have to work or run for deadlines set by onsite team. No proper appraisal system. and Delay in hikes. Importance given to very older employees and not considering the efforts or achievements of new employees. You have to work in a slave environment with no choice as there is only one product with one client.

It would really been a great platform to learn the technology and Employ can know the Vendor Management process, how the relationship would maintain between the Clients, MSP, Suppliers & Candidates. But within short span of time, we got Google client and more opportunities to learn & more technology standards to understand for the career growth.

Dislikes

This is never been a topic to answer. Depends on the Employee mindset, this would translate. My suggestion to look for positive atmosphere & environment instead of looking into dislike actions in the organization.
