Company looks good from outside but, from the inside, its a mess lots of incompetant people have gone to the top. Worst working culture and high Unethical behavior even seen in my entire life and worst company policies, weekend work without any extra benefits Managers not ready to screw the employee career, they fills own pocket.

Unethical work attitude of Production supervisors, Quality manger & HR manager. They're very much frustrating, whimsical sense of humour and volatile decision making, it's spoil your career with in a day.

Worst company to work as a Machine Shop Operator & Quality guy. You are treated as an animal. No advice as they can't improve in any case. Atleast, Stop making the people fool and try to treat the employees as a human being.

Manager's and superior's never forget to amaze you. They always conducting waste meeting and call to disturb endlessly no time restrictions, even your Lady love also fail. Tunel vision with exclusive absence of core values, Spoil the reputation of people skills.

1. No skill improvement program & trainings. 2. Worst worker welfare. 3. Worst working environment, mainly machine shop very hot,sweaty and safety cap extra stress. 4. Outdated spain company, very hard physical work activities,no ergonomic design. 5. Worst production planning and supervising. 6. Unproductivity meetings Simply, Meetings oru laulagun viyaathi. Bottom line, One of the best company to work 3 to 5 years solidly lot of good things also there,if you wants career freeze paths, join the company and time pass happily. Extra corner point, "Workers rights should be a central focus of development"
