It's not an employee oriented organisation. They need to care about their employees while making money. We are not money making machines. Pls treat us like human beings first

you can learn alot , but you have to compromise with you life. no personal life

no management, no culture, no one motivate you if you did something great but scold you and demotivate for your small mistakes. I wanna say its not a IT company, its a factory

I got lot of opportunities here as a developer to enhance my skills and got a good exposure to client also which boost up my confidence.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance in the company. There was no comp off or extra income for extra work which will do for the company on holidays.
