I really like the efforts made for our skill development and learning program.

Dislikes

...icy with no time flexibility, which has added unnecessary stress to the workday. Even a short absence of 15 minutes can result in a loss of pay, which feels overly punitive. The work culture is poor, with micro-management at every level. This approach to management creates an environment of constant stress and hinders productivity. Compensatory time off is not handled properly, and employees are often left feeling undervalued. Furthermore, the frequent introduction of new policies without any clear standard or consistency from management only adds to the confusion and frustration. The lack of stability and clear communication in policy-making contributes to an overall sense of disorganization and dissatisfaction. Overall, the lack of flexibility, poor management practices, and inconsistent policies make for a very difficult working environment.

The workplace is well-designed with a modern and comfortable setup, creating a professional atmosphere.

Dislikes

Latinem Private Limited, has several challenges that make it a difficult workplace such as - 1. The work environment is not positive, with little focus on employee. 2. The team coordinating from Dubai assigns tasks without considering the time required for completion. They constantly push for faster submissions. 3. There is no clarity regarding actual submission deadlines versus internal deadlines. 4. Even after completing the six-month probation period, employees do not receive confirmation letters, leaving them uncertain about their job status. 5. There is no scope for learning new software or technologies, which makes skill development challenging. 6. No work from home option.

Management & Hr dept is taking wrong decisions. Latinem has become hire and fire company. Latinem is funded by Sobha Reality in UAE. They have taken the 6 months policy to retain the employees. In 6 months they extract employees talent and after that the inhuman management and HR dept throwing employees out. Incapable people are running the management.

Dislikes

Management is often dismissive of concerns, leaving employees feeling undervalued and burnt out. Promotions are based on favoritism rather than merit, and the company culture is toxic with excessive pressure to constantly perform beyond reasonable expectations, with little to no recognition for achievements.
