Salary is good when compared to other companies. Good amenities

Dislikes

1)No WFH option at all 2)Shift time restrictions - No coffee badging option 3)Transportation is not available - Initially they said cab will be provided now it's not there at all. 4)Various T&C for leave policy and attendance regularization. 5)Overall very strict work culture - They will monitor frequently from CC Cameras 6)We have to sign morning and evening manually in Attendance register even after using Biometric (facial recognition) .. even for breaks we should sign on it to go out side. Of course they have reasons for implementing all of this. However, we can't punish all for the mistakes done by few employees. 7)Even to use Conference room's we have to get permissions and give reasons. We can't simply jump in to the conf rooms directly if we have meetings. 8)They should work on alternate ways and ideas to fix the issues. 9)They should change the policies as per the current market and generation, which could also align with the organization goals. 10)we have highly experienced staff in the leadership team, Hope they will work on the same. 11) Salary credit date is 1st of every month but from Feb 2024 to present, salary was credited on time only for 1 month. There will be delay for 3 -4 days for crediting salary.

I really like the efforts made for our skill development and learning program.

Dislikes

...icy with no time flexibility, which has added unnecessary stress to the workday. Even a short absence of 15 minutes can result in a loss of pay, which feels overly punitive. The work culture is poor, with micro-management at every level. This approach to management creates an environment of constant stress and hinders productivity. Compensatory time off is not handled properly, and employees are often left feeling undervalued. Furthermore, the frequent introduction of new policies without any clear standard or consistency from management only adds to the confusion and frustration. The lack of stability and clear communication in policy-making contributes to an overall sense of disorganization and dissatisfaction. Overall, the lack of flexibility, poor management practices, and inconsistent policies make for a very difficult working environment.

Salary and Insurance benefits.

1. Your degrees and the year of professional experience you have gained are worthless here in the company 2. A 2-year experience guy will be the lead for 8+ years experience candidate. The work flow process lacks an appropriate hierarchy. 3.The majority of the team leads lack communication skills and are mostly attitude-based. 4.There is no opportunity to incorporate the subject matter into you work;the work you get to accomplish here is limited to draughtsman job.It is merely a platform for creating drawings there won't be any scope for you to think technically. 5.There is micro-management at every level and a bad work culture. This style of management reduces productivity and fosters a culture of ongoing tension. 6.Employees here frequently fell demotivated and de-valued. 7.Being a BIM based company, Asst.Managers here do not have an idea of the BIM work flow process. As a result, there are unrealistic expectations regarding the length of the time it will take to meet the deadlines, which puts undue strain on the staff.
