HR, Admin is good. Timely salary

They selection of mangers is horrible. Only the close to Rahul ( owner) selected as managers. And mangers knowledge and behavior is so poor. This is why this website not performing well as expected. Specially Regional websites handel poorly by a manager, who is very rude.

The work environment was good and friendly. The colleagues and management were supportive. Helped me learn a lot.

Dislikes

... the festivals or national holidays. This is especially difficult for a student. They don't pay the interns. Not even the traveling fees. Made me work 10-12 hours a day during the pandemic (first lockdown) because WFH means I'm free and at your service at any time. And still didn't pay a cent for all the extra hours I put, that too, during a global crisis. Completed my 3 months internship which was agreed upon and then they had the audacity to ask me to work for one more month.

The manager was extremely rude to writers. HR was pathetic and , manipulative. Site used to face outage a lot of times for hours. Hope it has improved after CEO Rahul joined back. Laptop they give is 'dabba'.

still have Facility to work from work. 5 working days and 2 days off. very few media companies offering 2 week offs.

Lacking TEAM Sprit. Management is Poor, No Chance to Improve and Growth. Follows Shallow Journalism.
