The worst thing is Compensation compared to the amount of work you bring to the table. Below par industry standard. Also the appraisals and promotions are not promising and complex. Most of the time you will end up working on technolgies that you don't want to work with. They have projects in and around Dashboards most of the time.

Compensation for Seniors could have been better. Try to retain your high skilled employees as much as possible. Attrition rate is quite high.
