This is a great company for initial career growth. Lot of scope to learn new skills, get involved with different projects

Dislikes

Compensation is lesser considering the responsibilities. Not enough support from senior management and emphasis is given on quantity. Poor training given to new joinees which affects the team and productivity.

Currently, WFH. That's all, I could think of.

Almost everything! For instance, no track on the career growth opportunities, lacks transparency in the salary structure and compensation, job security is on the risk-side due to covid. Work-life balance takes a toll at times.

The people are helpful, Managers supports you most of time be it your growth Or issues in deliverables. You get enough upskilling resources at your disposal.

Dislikes

The worst thing is Compensation compared to the amount of work you bring to the table. Below par industry standard. Also the appraisals and promotions are not promising and complex. Most of the time you will end up working on technolgies that you don't want to work with. They have projects in and around Dashboards most of the time.

...tical company as the whole project revolves around using excel and powerpoint 5. Below Average compensation 6. No opportunity to grow unless you keep marketing yourself. There is no appreciation of the work you do by default.
