For the banglore location they don't care of agent's and TL's, no work life balance, if you sick than you need to inform at least two weeks earlier, they never appreciate if you worked hard. People who worked for banglore location they told me about the politics of quality team and manager.

The whole management is only recognising there local peoples for the new projects and new offers.

work from home was the only option where I liked about this, but down the line this also leaders started screwing up as if they are doing big favour to the employees

- Leaders are very bad - Lot of politics - Leaders do not have the clarity on the company's growth - No clarity on the employee's growth - No value for people, completely use and throw policy - We cannot trust leaders here - When there is opportunity to travel only people at the higher level used to travel
