Terrible company to work with . Don't spoil your career by working in this Lasertech entertainment Pvt Ltd

Dislikes

Politics, Poor Salary No overtime money No late night cabs for the female employee even if it is 2:00 clock in the night. Employes have to book their own cab. No Job Security No work life balance Miscommunication between manager and MD(They are relatives so they bring up their personal issues in office and employees have to suffer between their cold wars. No health insurance for any employee. No appreciation of work.

The work atmosphere is is very unprofessional, family ethics and sometimes you are not valued or appreciated for whatever work you do, there is no growth oppurtunities and no facilities at all.
