Nothing to like , every thing is in md under control , unqualified and very political managers in shop floor, md will consider only 3-managers decision and that's why bottom employees always facing big trouble and personal dipression.owner choose only low cast raw material that creates huge problems in process and in quality,zero quality in Laser only stealing in production quantity and quality both.

Dislikes

Job security is very poor,Employee Salary is last priority for owner Deepak goel ,that's why it can take 2 or 3 months,very difficult for full and final during resignation so if came here and you've to leave then only leave after annual bonus otherwise md will not give any bonus , very bad manner of owner , controlling everybody and everything by abusive words, whenever it comes to md mind that this person can't give additional efforts he'll take in remand and after some days your biometric punch will be blocked, but lumino industries is good ,any can join .

Nothing,there are only 2 to 3 manager in whole plant and after these there is Babu(Deepak goel),as you understand Babu/lala based company, md call to employees in midnight also after his party.

Dislikes

Main issue is salary timing it can take even 2-2 months,no appraisal(can take 2 to 3 years) zero growth and pramotion and md is handling everything by video conference and cctv camera,md is considers employees not as humans but as animals, using very rough words and very bad manner. Zero facility in plant/area , no food or breakfast in 4to5 km area.

Behaviour of GM sir is too good. Facilities are good. Time to time salary.

Dislikes

Management not good. There is no any career growth. Credit goes to seniors only. Work pressure is very high. Flattery is very.

...ything they told me to join their organization with 3rd party off role Payout. When I asked them about salary and payroll, they confirmed that I will be in direct payroll and they will provide me which I asked for. After 2 days of finalizing everything they called me for salary negotiation. When I disagreed, they said okay. Again after 2 days they called me and asked me to join on 3rd party payroll. So I rejected their offer.

.... No leave that means no work no payments. Only PF & Medical facility available. No exact day of monthly salary.
