It also depends on MD's opinion about the employee.Travelling is not much only if necessary. There is no overtime sitting at office. The team mates are good.

...l competition in the company . They directly report to MD. Jobs are not secured. The salary increments depends on MD's opinion about employee.Everything depends on MD's mind and relation. If relation is good then one may get and if not good then he can be asked to go at any time if performance go down or affected. There is imbalance in salaries. Some people have very high salaries and some people are very low. there is no such standard salary type which is painful.
