Working culture and behaviour of sinior is good for junior and contractual staffs. Bachelor accommodation and transportation is sufficient, HR support is nice to all. Freedom for jobs is one of good sing in here.

...ance family and work. Permanent ship is very rear chance for contractual staffs. Incriment yearly 5% on basic salary, which is unbelievable for this company. No future for contractual staffs.

As a career growth and job security point of view this is excellent. Good at compensation also.

Dislikes

You will be ask to work for other discipline. Least exposure to skills of your area. Zero work life balance. 6 days are official working day but you will be forced to work on each holiday and week off. Even one of my colleague is asked/forced to postpone his own marriage. Only site job with extreme low allowances. No chance of getting transfer to your preferred location. 8-8 job.

...mpare to other company and site allowance is almost negligible or I can say nil. Even though other vertical of L&T is paying competitive site allowances compare to L&T Power. Also not supporting higher education even though you pay for all education fee.

Every boss having very lowest cadare employees for intelligence . They are misguided the boss about others for himself promotion and looking good in boss eyes. Management thinking GET/DET/PGT are son of organisations. For lateral entry employees behave like a Half step.

Dislikes

No work-life balance at all. Managers here judge your work based on time you spend in office or site and not on the efficiency. So we have to work from 8.30am to 8.00pm-8.30pm along with 2.5 hrs of daily travel. H.R department is hopeless with no intentions of retaining the employees.
